How does the free trial work?

During the free 15 day trial period you can use Paymo with no restrictions. In order to access your data and continue using it after 15 days, you'll have to create a monthly subscription.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You'll only need it after the trial expires or when you decide that Paymo is the right solution for you and start a monthly subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Even if we hope that it won't be necessary, you can cancel your subscription whenever you believe that Paymo is no longer helping you with your business.

Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?

Yearly subscriptions are available for companies with 50+ users with payments via wire transfer. Please contact us for more details.

What types of payment do you accept?

What's a "user"?

A user is a person in your company or from outside who's able to log in to your company account and uses all or some of the features (depending on their administrative rights) of the app.

We are currently integrating with Zapier, which allows you to integrate with other popular apps like Gmail, Google Calendar, QuickBooks Online, Dropbox etc.

Will my data be private and safe?

Absolutely! All your records are private, for your use and viewing only. Data is stored on Amazon servers, which are protected by biometric locks and round-the-clock interior and exterior surveillance monitoring.
