The new Paymo website is up!

As some of you might have noticed, with the upcoming Paymo 3 website launch we will be transitioning over to the domain saying farewell to the old faithful 🙂

This is one of the many changes that are taking place right now and we’re very excited about our upcoming launch. We’ve gone through a re-branding process – you can see the new logo up already, but more on that in a separate post.

You’ll notice we’ve adopted a different style more in line with the new Paymo 3 UI, re-coded it from the ground up to offer a great responsive experience on all kinds of devices.

A few of our goals with the new website were to make it faster, more informative while keeping it short to allow you to skim through it with ease. If you have any feedback on the new Paymo website let us know.

I like the visual look and it gives a great simple overview. There are however a few critical issues that I hope you will address:
1. Why cant expenses be entered towards a project? I think this is a basic need for most companies and project managers
2. There should be some note fields for each client, that don´t show up on the invoice header. I need to add various information, billing info, agreements etc..
3. Also projects need a note field other than description, and the description should show on top of the invoice, not as part of the invoice lines.

Sorry for the late reply, thank you for the feedback, we appreciate it.

1. I’m sorry but we don’t have plans to add expenses to projects in the immediate future. We link expenses to clients because when you create an invoice (also linked with a client) and you have an unbilled expense for that client, an Add Expense button will appear.

2 & 3 I’m sorry but we don’t have plans for these options at the moment. If you like you can add notes to Invoices, those notes won’t be visible to clients.



I don’t seem to be able to login to the with the new user details



i would agree expenses should go towards projects. Crazy not to The milestone step up seems a bit pointless a bar to indicate completed tasks would be good
