“I wish we had found this sooner!”
Paymo simplifies my freelance job logging and billing. Before, I was using an old school job log sheet, Excel and Access and had to re-enter task names, billable hours and decipher my bad handwriting. Now I can just setup a project and task and record my time accurately as it happens.
Billing used to take me a couple of days with trying to recall exactly what work was done for whom. Now it’s as simple as marking work as complete and creating an invoice.
The reporting and dashboard makes it easy to see how we are doing month to month. And for once we are actually not worried about tax time. It should be a snap next year.
