Interface and overview

After your first login you will notice that there are 5 main sections:

The dashboard area is a live stream of data from all the projects, clients, invoices, milestones and more in one place. It’s a good way of getting an overview of what you’re working on or how the team’s doing.

The Search box helps you to easily look for projects, clients, tasks, files, invoices, estimates etc based on the keywords you type in.

The Navigation menu is where you’ll find most of the data like clients, projects, tasks, invoices, users etc.

The Web timer is designed to help you track time for specific projects and tasks. You can undock and reposition it on the screen by clicking on the arrow in the top right corner of the timer.

The Settings section that can be accessed by clicking on your name (bottom left corner). There you have access to your subscription and billing settings, your user settings, company settings, Paymo Knowledge base, the Apps area and Paymo add-ons.

Tips & Tricks The menu can be collapsed by clicking on Collapse Menu. This way you can get more screen space for displaying the information.

On the bottom right corner, there’s an icon with a “?” symbol that you can use anytime to contact us for questions or suggestions.
