“I was surprised how good the customer service was”
Thanks to Paymo, I’m no longer wasting my time and making mistakes with tracking and invoicing my work. I was surprised how good the customer service was. I can’t think of anything I asked for that they didn’t implement – they worked hard to keep me as a user, while other platforms treated my business as a statistic.
I’ve been a Paymo user for a couple of years, and I’ve seen it grow from useful, to powerful, to really indispensable. There has been very little improvement on the app and the desktop widget. Can’t wait until you release the next version, and I hope it will give me all or almost all of the functionality I get through the website.
